We have drafted this privacy policy to inform you on the nature of personal data we may collect for the purpose of our TAMbassador Program.
What are our commitments?
Teads processes your personal data in accordance with the terms of this policy and the applicable laws.
In particular, Teads will :

- Store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve those purposes,

What are your rights?
Because your privacy must remain yours, it is essential that you keep control of your personal data.

However, we are not required to comply with your request to erase personal information if the processing of your personal information is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information but only where:
- Its accuracy is contested, to allow us to verify its accuracy; or
- the processing is unlawful, but you do not want it erased; or
- it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
- you have exercised the right to object, and verification of overriding grounds is pending.
We can continue to use your personal information following a request for restriction, where: we have your consent; or, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person; or as allowed under applicable laws.
Your right to withdraw your consent – You have the right to change your mind and ask Teads to stop processing your personal information when you gave us your consent to process specific data (see details below).
Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organization, or to you, in certain circumstances.

Who is the data controller of your data and what data do we collect ?
Teads will directly collect and process for the TAMbassador Program :
- First name and last names,
- Company and your title
- Personal and professional phone numbers,
- Personal and professional email addresses,
- Gender,
- Pictures and video, if you agree, in case of specific on site event.
Why does Teads collect your data ?
- Marketing purpose,
- Provide you with information about the TAMbadassor Program,
- Send you our newsletters,
- Allow our sales and Product teams to contact you.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Such data processing are carried out under the following legal basis :
- to pursue our legitimate interest to organize event, marketing communication and manage our TAMbassador Program
- Your consent to use your picture and video for marketing content.
To whom may your personal data be transmitted?
We may transmit your personal data to relevant internal services within our different entities, and, precisely to members empowered to process them, such as :
- Sales Team,
- Marketing team,
- Innovation Team
- Office managers.
Additionally, third party partners may access your data in their provision of services to Teads, including : Hubspot, and Salesforce.
How long does Teads keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data as long as you use and benefit from the TAMbassador Program and we will delete it 3 years after your last login.
May your personal data be transferred outside your region ?
For European citizens, should we need to transfer your personal data to a country outside the European Union whose level of protection would not be considered adequate by the European authorities, we undertake to ensure that this transfer is made under the appropriate guarantees in accordance with the applicable legislation.
For example, we will ensure that the companies importing your personal data have signed the standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission and implemented the adequate security measures.
